Ingredients
2 finely chopped apple
1 tsp ginger powder
¾ tsp nutmeg powder
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp honey
8 tbsp brown sugar
¾ cup chopped walnuts
For Crumble
½ cup flour
Cinnamon powder a pinch
½ cup Butter
3 - 4 tbsp brown sugar
For Garnish
Melted butter
Ginger powder
Nutmeg powder
PROCESS
Heat water in a pan.
Add ginger powder, nutmeg powder, lemon juice, honey and apple in it to cook for 5 - 7 mins.
After cooked, add brown sugar in it to cook for 5 - 7 mins.
Next, mix flour, cinnamon powder, butter and brown sugar in a bowl to form a soft dough.
Now, melt brown sugar in another pan and add water in it to form a syrup along with walnuts in it.
Next, fill cooked apples in the moulds and pour the prepared sugar syrup and walnut mixture in it.
Top it with crumble.
Again put brown sugar and walnut mixture on it.
Next, bake it for 12 - 14 mins at 180°centigrade.
Garnish the prepared crumble with butter, ginger powder and nutmeg powder.
Your Apple Crumble is ready.
