Recipe: Kasar | Atte Ka Laddoo - How to make Atte Ka Laddoo
Atte Ka Laddoo Recipe - Laddoos prepared with a difference- a must try recipe.
Recipe Type Veg.
Ingredients:
- Whole wheat flour (atta) 2 cups
- Cashewnuts 12-15
- Almonds 12-15
- Ghee 1 cup + for greasing
- Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
- Powdered sugar 2 cups
Preparation:
- Sieve the atta through a fine sieve and set aside. Coarsely grind cashew nuts and almonds and set aside. Melt one cup ghee in a kadai. Add atta and cook on low heat till the atta is fragrant. This normally takes about ten to fifteen minutes. Add cardamom powder, cashew nuts and almonds.
- Stir and take it off the heat. Let it cool for a while. Add the powdered sugar and mix well. You may use your hands to mix this, adding some more melted ghee ( in order to shape the laddoos).
- Shape into walnut sized round laddoos and store in an airtight container when completely cooled.
- Serve and can be conatined for some days..
