The Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi interacted with Indian diaspora at an event ‘Bharat Ki Baat Sabke Sath’ at Westminster’s Central Hall in London. The presence of non-resident Indians filled the iconic hall. There were chants like “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”, “Vande Matram”, “Modi-Modi” on arrival of Indian Prime Minister which symbolize PM Narendra Modi as a Great Leader at national as well as international level. During his conversation with censor board Chief, Prasoon Joshi, he talked about current issues as well as India’s Vision 2022 like Digital India, National Health Scheme, Women emancipation, India’s International Relation (External Affairs Policy), Education, Doubling Farmers Income, etc. During the ‘Bharat Ki Baat Sabke Sath’ session, Indian diaspora also ask some questions to him which he answered. One of the “Divyaang”(Disabled) persons asked him in sign language about the feeling before the Surgical strike on PoK. He said that Pakistan cannot fight straight to India but backstab us. But we know how to give befitted replies of these barbarous acts.

In the reply to a question on Digital India, he said, technology helps in good governance, health, and education scheme, defense, and trade.

On asking about women safety and rapes in India, he said, rape of a girl child is a “Crime against society” and we should not politicise this issue. He gave a social solution to this issue by asking parents that they should ask their son that where he is going and coming like they do with their daughters.

On being asked by an NRI, “what is the source of your (Narendra Modi) energy?” He said, “he eats 1-2kg abuses daily from last two decades.”

To critics, he said that he appreciates people who criticise Modi government.
