You May Lose US Visa If You Fail to Follow 3-month Plan Details
Check out why you may lose US visa if you fail to follow 3-month plan details during the interview with the consular official. This may lead to the cancellation of the visa and even deportation..
According to the report published in The Economic Times, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has informed the US embassies, visa applicants are required to follow the given 3-month plan details and any discrepancy with the details as well as the interview with the consular official may lead to the cancellation of the visa.
The report also said that the people who are finding it difficult to renew their visas must change its category or apply for it freshly. If the visitor remain in US, that person will be eligible for the deportation.
According to the Associate Director of Government Relations at the American Lawyers Association, Diane Rish this also means that people applying for green card after marrying a US citizen within 90 days, the application will get denied.
The new rule has come after the policy of the Trump Administration to put restrictions on the legal as well as illegal immigration.
However, the rule does not apply to the people in allies of the US such as most of the countries in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and Japan, who need not to get visa before coming to US for the explicit, business as well as educational travel.
People from Africa, West Asia as well as most of the countries in Asia require visas. The decision and requirement of documents has always been the issue of tensions between these countries.
