Ingredients:
- French beans 50gms
- Cabbage 50gms
- Carrots 50gms
- Cashew nuts 15gms
- Green chillies 5gms
- Curry leaves 5gms
- Dal channa 10gms
- Frozen peas 50gms
- Ghee 50gms
- Ginger 5gms
- Toned milk 200ml
- Mustard seeds 5gms
- Onion 100gms
- Table salt 15gms
- Suji 400gms
Preparation:
- Heat suji for 2 – 3 min in a deep frying pan. Then keep it aside.
- Wash the vegetables and cut them into small dices.
- Heat ghee in a deep frying pan.
- Add mustard seeds to the ghee. Once these crackle, add cashew nuts, dal chana, chopped ginger, green chillies and onion. Sauté for about 3 min.
- Now add diced vegetables, curry leaves and salt.
- After 3mins, put the suji in and stir well
- Take 800ml of boiled water and hot toned milk, pour it into the pan and mix well. Turn off the fire and leave it to cook for 3 minutes, covered with a lid.
- Serve it in a dish and garnish with chopped coriander.
