Yanam Beach

'' Yanam is a small town located in the Yanam District in the union territory of Puducherry (Pondicherry). Parts of it also fall under Andhra Pradesh. It was a French colony during the British Raj; and although it was returned to India in 1954, it is still known as French Yanam.
