Let her dominate you

When you're in bed together, say something like "I want you to have your way with me tonight," suggests Davidson. "That invites her to let go of her inhibitions." Some women may want to completely ravish their guy but might feel a little shy about it. Therefore, encouragement from you gives her permission to call the shots. Besides putting her in charge of the action for a change, it provides an opportunity for you to figure out exactly what she wants from you in the sack.

Dominate her

Show your girl how irresistible she is by unleashing some primal energy. Surprise her by gently grabbing her hair and kissing her passionately. Spontaneity is the key here! Throw her on the bed, and pin down her arms as you get on top of her. "These urgent moves send the message that you can't contain yourself around her," says Joy Davidson, Ph.D., author of Fearless Sex. "It's such an adrenaline rush for a woman to know that she's irresistable and you find her so arousing."

Be her fantasy

All women have dirty daydreams (and yes it's true for majority of us) but many just don't vocalise them to their bedmates. Suggests Hollander: "Invite her to share a scenario that excites her, then ask her to close her eyes as you narrate the story, including as many details as possible." After a few minutes, tell her to take over the storytelling (eyes still closed!) while you begin to pleasure her. There's no doubt that she'll be turned on by your eagerness to make her fantasy a reality.

Use a Mirror

Place a mirror (full-length, if you have one) next to the bed to get an up-close view of the action. "It gives her a chance to see her body during a sexual act," says Lori Hollander, sex therapist in Ann Arbor, Michigan, US. It'll also be exciting for her to witness you in the throes of passion-glistening with sweat and moving in a synchronised rhythm with her. "It's an erotic new way to experience sex," says Hollander.
