Best Suspense Movies in Bollywood
1. Drishyam (2015)
Drishyam (English: Visual/The Sight) is one of my best suspense movies in Bollywood directed by Nishikant Kamat and produced by Abhishek Pathak, Ajit Andhare, and Kumar Mangat Pathak. The movie was released on 31 July 2015 starring Ajay Devgan, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor in a lead role. The biggest USP of the movie is the fascinating story that every moment you are forced to think about what will happen next. One of the best movies I have ever seen, specially from my point of view best and perfect movie of Bollywood till now without any mistakes of direction, at least no cheap and fake dramas, climax, vulgar dances of nude heroines and actions.
t is one of the most anticipated movies of 2015 and a remake of Jeethu Joseph’s 2013 Malayalam movie Drishyam. The most important thing is that the Hindi audience accepts such different story and movie which has no masala, item songs or fights or villains. Even if it is remade, good movies should be remade and made well so that Bollywood audience gets to see good things. Its high time that Bollywood audience starts accepting good themes, subjects, story like South, Marathi or Bengali audience accepts. Anyway, hats off the climax…!! (Must watch movie)
2. Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! (2015)
Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! is one of the top and best suspense movies in Bollywood directed by Dibakar Banerjee and produced by Aditya Chopra and Banerjee. The movie was released on 3 April 2015 starring Sushant Singh Rajput, Swastika Mukherjee and Anand Tiwari in a lead role. The movie is based on the fictional detective Byomkesh Bakshi created by the Bengali writer. The films like Byomkesh Bakshy deserve a sequel. Such perfect movies aren’t made frequently in this country. Sushant Singh Rajput did his character very well in the movie.
I watched it yesterday again and shall watch again and again whenever I will get a chance. and, of course, one of the reason is the acting of Neeraj Kabi. This movie is a great mix of noir and detective thriller. The movie is full of suspense and thriller. The movie gained a positive review from the critics as well as from audiences. This mystery is the one even you would want to solve. The dialogue of Dr.Guha ” Bakshy Babu meri Dosti nahi Le sake, toh meri Dushmani kaise loge” is awesomely presented by Neeraj Kabi. Must watch movie.

The movie was released on 9 March 2012 starring Vidya Balan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Parambrata Chatterjee, Saswata Chatterjee and Indraneil Sengupta in a lead role. ‘Kahaani’ takes Kolkata beyond cliches. The city has not only been brilliantly captured but has also been featured as a protagonist itself! I would say that ‘Kahaani’ is one of the best Indian thrillers on celluloid.
The cinematography of the movie was mind blowing. I have never purchased a single original DVD in my life… But Kahaani will be my first one.. Wonderful movie I have ever seen in Hindi cinema. Kahaani is a well-made film with an attention-grabbing script, marvelous performances and above all Vidya Balan’s well-delivered and award-winning act as a pregnant woman.

A taut psychological thriller that keeps you guessing till the end, it leaves you spellbound, leaves you mesmerized, leaves you with an exclamation, ‘Wow!’. An absolute must watch for all movie buffs. This movie is so cool that it just blows you away in some parts, like your trying to hide behind the seat in front of your raw, makes you jump out of your seat a lot…
One thing I tell you that I didn’t want to see it at first because I heard it sucked, but I was like what the hell let’s just give it a shot and it was such a good movie! Emotional and suspenseful, this movie doesn’t disappoint. For Ghajini, the role required him to bulk up. But in Talaash, he was supposed to look like an everyday man. Not to mention but Aamir has consistently proven to give his best to a role. Beautifully woven story. The climax was well executed. Last 20 minutes are certainly jaw-dropping. Rani and Kareena booked their nominations for various award functions with their phenomenal acting. Aamir once proved why he is regarded as Mr. Perfectionist. Performances, storyline, direction, suspense- everything is Stunning. Do- Watch this movie if you haven’t.
