Dadi Maa’s Home Remedies For Deficiency Diseases

There are some solutions regarding Deficiency Diseases

Deficiency of nutrition or dehydration can lead to life threatening diseases. The best example is anaemia, which is occurred due to iron deficiency.


Anaemia


Take freshly prepared apple juice an hour before or just before retiring for thenight. For proper absorption of the juice, the stomach should be relatively empty when you have the juice and also do not take anything for about half an hour after juice.


Avoid drinking tea and coffee immediately after meals as the tannin present in these interferes in the absorption of iron from food.


Juice of chukander taken 1-2 times daily is an excellent remedy for anaemia especially for children and teenagers. You can combine apply with it.


Have a ripe banana with 1 tablespoon honey, 1-2 times a day.


Mix 1 tablespoon amla juice with a ripe mashed banana and eat 2-13 times a day.


Have spinach juice of 125 gm spinach everyday, for 2-3 weeks.


Soak 8-10 badaam and 1 teaspoon rice overnight. Remove outer skin of badaam and grind to fine paste. Boil with 1 ½ cups of milk and pinch of haldi. Sweeten with sugar and drink for a few days, once a day.


Soak 10-12 munakkas in water overnight. Remove seeds and eat them. Have it for 2-4 weeks.

Blood Deficiency


Soak 2 or 3 dried anjeer in 1 tea cup water. Eat them alongwith milk next morning for a month.


Mix 1 tablespon juice of amla with a ripe mashed banana and eat twice or a day.


Take 2 teaspoons of amla juice and mix it with two teaspoons each of honey and lime. Add 1 cup water and drink on an empty stomach every morning. Whenever fresh fruits are not available dried amla can be used. Soak 1 tablespoon the previous night in a cup of water.


(Not- The treatment should continue for at least 120 days to achieve expected results).


Blood Sugar


Take 2-3 garlic (lahsun) cloves for a few days regularly.


Drink ½ cup juice of karela thrice a day.


Dehydration


Add ¼ teaspoon salt, 3 teaspoons brown sugar or ordinary sugar and 2 teaspoons lime juice to 1 cup of water. Mix well and drink.


Diabetes


For diabetes, diet restriction and light exercise like walking is a must as this controls the sugar level.


Soak 2 teaspoons methi dana in 1 cup of water at night. Drink this water erly in the morning and preferable eat the seeds too.


Grape furit is a splendid thing in the diet of diabetic. Have 3 fruits at a time, 3 times daily.


A tablespoon of amla juice mixed with a cup of fresh karela juice and taken daily for 2 months will reduce blood sugar.


Take dry tender leaves of the mango. Powder and preserve them. Half a teaspoon of this powder twice a day in the morning and evening proves beneficial.


3-4 teaspoons juice of bitter gourd (karela) taken every morning on an empty stomach gives good results.


Coarsely powdered methi dana and have 1-2 teaspoon in the morning everyday. Vary dosage according to individual tolerance level.


Eating 10 fresh fully grown kari patta every morning for 3 month is said to prevent diabetes due to heredity factors.


Chew 8-10 tulsi leaves in the morning.


Eat plenty of vegetables like salad patta, tomato and fruits.


Foods rich in fibre should be preferred.


Milk and nuts intake to be restricted to the minimum whereas have plenty of curd and buttermilk.


Avoid all refined foods and sweets.


Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily.
